Terms of Service

• All work is completed by me, Beth Williams, a native English speaker, published author, experienced writer, and trained journalist. Projects will never be outsourced to another writer unless that writer has:

• Been approved by you to work on your project
• Been thoroughly screened
• Provided references that have been checked
• Provided relevant writing samples

• All work is 100 percent original.

• A deposit is required before work will begin. Deposits can be made by PayPal, money order, or check. Once the check clears, work will begin. Final payment is due upon completion of the project.

• For ghostwriting projects, all copyrights will be transferred upon final payment for the project. Failure to pay will result in my owning the copyright to the work until payment is made.

• In addition to the required deposit, a Statement of Work is required before work can begin. A Statement of Work contains:

• Detailed project description
• Date project is to begin
• Project milestones, if applicable
• Project deadline
• Approval signature of both client and me

• All written work includes up to two revisions. Revisions are defined as editing of the original work. Complete rewrites of the work to create new articles or content, for example, are considered rewrites. Rewrites are available for a separate price. Please specify if you want rewrites and a quote will be provided.

• I do not do article spinning, nor do I use article spinners.
